Lar Property & Estate Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lar Housing Trust.
Initially Lar Housing Trust contracted all letting, management, maintenance and repairs services externally. In 2017, as the number of completed units increased to a level where an in-house team was cost effective and Lar Property & Estate Management (formerly known as) Lar Operations CIC was established to manage this.
Lar’s operations team includes on-site operatives providing general maintenance and repairs services. As the number of completed units grows it is expected the number of operatives at site level will extend to include specialist trades such as gas engineers, electricians and plumbers.
